29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Pelletizer Area - Dirt, wood chips and dust was allowed to accumulate on machinery, floors pipes and conveyors without the benefit of an adequate cleaning schedule to keep the area clean, therefore exposing the employees to a hazard, observed on or about 6-26-13. Abatement certification required.
