29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Front Right Side, Facing House - An employee was not protected from falling objects when he loaded materials into a 5 gallon bucket and hoisted it to an employee working above on a scaffold, on or about 6/25/2013. Abatement Certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
