29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route. a) Northwest side of building; on or about 6/26/2013; Three combination LED Exit Signs with adjustable incandescent emergency lights with battery backup units were not operating over the designated emergency exit doors exposing employees to injuries while attempting to exit during an emergency.
