On or about 06/25/2013, steel coil offload area - employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards when using a forklift to offload vertically loaded steel coils with weights greater than 4000 pounds from a flatbed trailer, which were insufficiently cribbed and unsafely postioned.
