29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Facility: The emergency eyewash and shower station located next to the mixing machine were not tested on regular intervals to insure for clean water within the system at all times and did not have tags or other documentation of testing of its water streams.
