29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Building - Homewood Suites by Hilton - On or about June 28, 2013, an employee of Viktor Ionashku dba V & V Exterior Systems was working from an aerial lift (e.g. self-propelled telescopic boom) without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of about 21.4 feet onto the ground. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
