OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to ejection, struck by, and crushing hazards. a) Construction site located 513 Weldon Court, Millen GA - On or about June 27, 2013, an employee was operating a JLG Skytrak 6042 Rough Terrain forklift without the use of seatbelts, exposing the employee to ejection, struck-by and crushing hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
