29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage:  a) Attorney's office 1 - On or about 6/25/2013, papers stored on the floor presented tripping hazards. In addition, trash cans posed tripping hazards along the exit route.  b) Attorney's office 3 - On or about 6/25/2013, a box and piles of papers were stored on the floor and posed tripping hazards.  c) Attorney's office 4 - On or about 6/25/2013, multiple items were stored on the floor and posed tripping hazards.
