29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) In the Basement: The floor was not kept clean and orderly where oil, container barrels hoses and extension cords for the shop vac were left on the passageways and isles creating tripping hzard. b) In the Basement: Oil spill in the containment area, isles, passageways and oil change metal platforms was not cleaned up promptly rendering the floor and platform slip hazards.
