29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section:  (a)  BUILDING 141 - Employee(s) installed siding while using an Alumapole pump jack style scaffold, where the scaffold was not equipped with a mid-rail, thereby exposing employee(s) to a fall hazard of approximately eighteen (18) feet to the ground below, on or about June 27, 2013.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
