29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 06-26-2013, on a residential house rooftop (7/12 slope) where the roof was being decked the use of fall protection was not enforced exposing an employee to a 10 foot fall hazard.
