29 CFR 1926.601(b)(10): Trucks with dump bodies were not equipped with positive means of support, permanently attached, and capable of being locked in position to prevent accidental lowering of the body:    On or about July 1, 2013, construction dumpsite, north of the Retreat at Monticello, the maintenance mechanic with the assistance of the truck driver, preformed maintenance below a raised dump bed without utilizing a positive means of support, permanently attached and capable of being locked in position to prevent accidental lowering of the body. This condition exposed employees to potential struck-by and caught-between hazards.
