29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) In the warehouse at Glen Summit Spring Water, 1551 Crestwood Drive, Mountaintop, PA 18707: A junction box located on the middle of the turntable (facing the bottled water racks), did not have a cover. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards on or about July 1, 2013. Abatement observed during inspection. No abatement certification required.

29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplaces were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin: a) In the break room at Glen Summit Spring Water, 1551 Crestwood Drive, Mountaintop, PA 18707: Rodent droppings were found behind the microwave. Employees were exposed to health hazards, on or about July 1, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
