29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.        (a)GM Construction @ 9039 Shenandoah St., Firestone, CO 80520: On and before June 15th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were engaged in sheathing operations and not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.     GM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902855, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25th, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1309 Mount Meeker, Berthoud, CO 80513.
