PAN-OCEANIC ENGINEERING CO., INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.651(c)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315156307, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 15, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 60 E. 102ND PLACE, CHICAGO, IL  60628.
