29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor wan not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored. a) 200 North 5th Street, Minersville, PA; Employees were installing flashing on a flat roof surface between 15 feet 2 inches and 24 feet 9 inches above the ground while the safety monitor left the walking working surface to get additional materials causing employees working at the edge of the roof to be exposed to a fall hazard, on or about 07/03/2013. Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required
