29 CFR 1926.153(o): "Damage from vehicles." When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken. [44 FR 8577, Feb. 9, 1979; 44 FR 20940, Apr. 6, 1979, as amended at 58 FR 35170; June 30, 1993]   a. At the south/west corner of the Edwards Communities superintendent's trailer where vehicles and a forklift were parked, nine 100 lbs Propane tanks were stored next to the trailer, exposing the employees to an explosive contact hazard.   Edwards Communities Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.153(o), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314015074, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/16/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 220 John Street, Rochester, NY 14623.
