29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a material safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. This standard is applicable in construction under 29 CFR 1926.59 Job site located at Levee #R-62, Peru, NE-The employer did not obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemicals they produce or import. The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for all of the products such as, but not limited too, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluid and motor oil for the equipment used at the site.
