29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about July 2, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting tree trimming operations, at various heights above the ground, was exposed to falls when no body belt and lanyard were used to protect the employee from falls.
