29 CFR 1926.200(a): Required signs and symbols were not visible when work was being performed:     a)1901 Callowhill St, Philadelphia, PA - The employee was working from a JLG Sky Power aerial lift, Model #860SJ, Serial #0300168478, approximately 80 feet above the ground, on the roadway (19th Street) in traffic and without having any visible barricades or signage present to alert oncoming traffic. This exposed the employee to struck-by/fall hazards. This violation was observed on or about June 18, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
