29 CFR 1910.180(j): While truck cranes were operating near overhead power lines, the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3) were not followed:     a) On or about 7/3/2013, In front of 1119 Sky High Road:  A National Crane Corporation crane mounted on a Ford F-800 chassis was operated less than ten feet from electrical distribution lines that were energized at 7,620 Volts phase to ground.    Abatement documentation is required for this item.
