29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Boiler Plant, Phoenix Indian Medical Center: On or about 27 June 2013 and at times prior thereto, the installation of a ball valve, in line with the water supply to the eyewash, delayed activation during emergency use. Employees in the plant are exposed to the corrosive product "3D TRASAR 3DT289", a corrosion/scale inhibitor for the cooling water, containing phosphoric acid.
