Employee was observed wallking/wokring at the edge without being protected from a fall hazard of approximately 42 feet 2 inches to the ground below. Vioilation observed on or about 07/02/2013. b) 148 First Street, 7th floor east side of building, Jersey City, NJ. Employee was observed walking/working at the edge without being protected from a fall hazard of approximately 71 feet 4 inches to the ground below. Violation observed on or about 07/18/2013.
