29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Location: 15 Bradley Road, Madison, CT 06443  Each employee working on a 9 in 12 pitched residential type roof installing architectural roof shingles with a 17 foot eave to ground fall distance was not provided with a training program in order to instruct each employee in the hazards of falling and the procedures in order to minimize and/or eliminate fall hazards.
