The employee was not protected from falling; on or about 07/09/13.    Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.      F.E.C. Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 691318, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/29/13, with respect to a workplace located at 610 East Broadway, Long Beach NY.
