29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a)  Jobsite:  On or about July 9, 2013, an employee was doing carpentry work from a platform on a side of residential home and he was not protected from falling to the ground.  The fall hazard ranged from approximately 11 1/2 feet to  13 1/2 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee:     (a) Jobsite:  On or about July 9, 2013, an employee who was exposed to an approximately 11 1/2 to 13 1/2 foot fall hazard while doing residential construction work, needed to be retrained so that he retains the knowledge and skill required to minimize the fall hazards while doing residential construction activities.
