The 36 inch wide, 5 1/2 inch deep floor hole/trough on the north side of Column C starting between Column C12 & Column C13 and ending between Column C2 & Column C3 was not equipped with a floor cover.  b. The 36 inch wide, 5 1/2 inch deep floor hole/trough on the south side of Column D starting between Column D12 & Column D13 and ending between Column D1 & Column D2 was not equipped with a floor cover.  c. The more than two hundred 5 1/2 inch wide, 7 inch long, 5 inch deep floor holes were not covered with floor covers.   Fourth Floor:  d. The 36 inch wide, 5 1/2 inch deep floor hole/trough on the north side of Column C starting between Column C12 & Column C13 and ending between Column C2 & Column C3 was not equipped with a floor cover.  e. The 36 inch wide, 5 1/2 inch deep floor hole/trough on the south side of Column D starting between Column D12 & Column D13 and ending between Column D1 & Column D2 was not equipped with a floor cover.  f.
