29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii): a) On or about July 9, 2013 and times prior, an employee was exposed to injuries from falls while descending the roof where the employees had been installing roofing materials in excess of six feet above the lower surface.
