29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 395 Country Ridge Drive Red Lion, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity of a residential building without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 23 to 28 feet to the ground below, on or about July 9, 2013.       No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:       (a)  395 Country Ridge Road Red Lion, PA - Employees were observed using an aluminum extension ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface to the residential building, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet to the ground below, on or about July 9, 2013.      No abatement certification or documentation required.
