29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Moorestown Mall, 400 Rt 38, Moorestown, NJ: Contractor and Employees were exposed to fall hazards due to the temporary guard rail being removed from the stair case that led to a mezzanine in the back theater, observed on or about 7/3/13.
