29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity: a) Interstitial Space Above 3B Wing Laboratories: Subcontractor workers were removing VAV boxes from HVAC ductwork that had mastic containing 10% Chrysotile and the building owner did not inform them of its presence, location and quantity, on or about July 1, 2013.
