29 CFR 1910.101(a): Each employer did not determine that compressed gas cylinders under his control are in a safe condition to the extent that this can be determined by visual inspection: In the Production Shop, north wall. On or about July 10, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazard of a fire, in that a gauge on the oxygen cylinder, used for welding, was broken and a correct reading could not be ascertained.
