29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    a) 99 Leonard Lane, Thorofare, NJ 08086 -    A rack of verticle granite countertops was not stored in a secure manner.  An employee was injured when the countertops tipped while being prepared for movement. On or about 07/10/2013.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
