OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees South west side of Jobsite located at 9052 Fairview Ave, Boise ID: On July 9, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer did not enforce the use of high visibility safety apparel for employees that were working on and near a residential city street constructing curb, and gutter concrete forms, exposing employees to hazards associated with being struck by approaching/passing vehicles while working on and adjacent to an active roadway.
