29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At this job site employees worked from a Genie S-60 aerial lift without wearing a body belt or harness with a lanyard attached to the basket or boom to prevent being ejected from the platform. The employees were attaching insulation material to the building under construction at heights greater than 6 feet.
