29 CFR 1910.304(a)(2): Grounded conductors were attached to terminals or leads so as to reverse designated polarity: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical shocks on the second floor of the hotel in the outside hallway of Room 205 to an electrical outlet that had a reverse polarity. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
