29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: a) Worksite, West - Employee was wiring the bare end of an electrical cable into a 200 Amp Circuit Breaker, inside an energized 400 Amp distribution panel. The employee contacted energized part(s) and incurred injury from shock; on, or about, 07/09/2013. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
