Site- Employees working from the top of the parapet wall were exposed to a trip and fall hazard where the elevation difference between the roof and the parapet wall was approximately 5 feet and no ladder or stair was provided by the employer. Employees were standing on a 5 gallon bucket and pulling themselves up to the top of the wall.
