29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: 1) On July 11, 2013, and at prior times, employees in the detail department worked with a corrosive degreaser. The employer had not installed an eye wash station or other suitable means for flushing the eyes within the detail department area.
