29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about July 12, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations 17.1 feet to above 25 feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
