29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2)(v): All exposed surfaces of ladders were not free from sharp edges, burrs or other safety hazards.    a) at the west end of the warehouse, the seven step aluminum mobile stepladder was being used despite a broken side rail at the right side of the platform step, and cracked welds at the second and third risers, as observed on or about 7/10/13.    b) at the west end of the warehouse, the five step aluminum step ladder was being used despite a bent right bottom support bar, as observed on or about 7/10/13.
