29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Where the affected employees knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicated that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer did not require retraining. a) Anthem Way Chalfont, PA, Building 10, Roof: On or about July 9, 2013, employees were on the roof installing sheathing without any fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of no less than 27 feet. b) Anthem Way Chalfont, PA, Building 10, 3rd Level Work Platform: On or about July 9, 2013, an employee were observed standing along the edge of an unguarded walking/working surface on the 3rd floor deck of a 3 story row townhouse without adequate fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of no less than 22 feet.
