29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a)  Superior Image Construction at 2103 Nancy Gray Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80525:  On or before July 6, 2013, two units had stairways from the first floor to the second floor, with each stairway consisting of 16 steps that were 41 inches wide with risers of 7 5/8 inches, and these stairways did not have handrails.  Conditions exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
