29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Victor Ibanez Construction at 11267 Ebony St., Firestone, CO 80504: On July 13, 2013, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that an employee was engaged in sheathing operations on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 24 feet.
