29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a)Martinez Construction at 250 Ricker Ln., Johnstown, CO 80534: On July 13, 2013 the employer did not ensure the employee working off a pump jack scaffold system was protected from falling by adequate fall protective measures. The employee was installing siding from a pump jack scaffold without a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard up to approximately 20 feet.
