29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1): The employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to handle anticipated emergencies prior to commencement of emergency response operations: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about July 12, 2013, the employer had not developed and implemented an Emergency Response Plan for employees who would be responding to requests for medical assistance that involve hazardous materials including but not limited to cyanide, acids, alkaline, flammable, and other highly toxic chemicals and EMS personnel may be called to provide assistance to someone who has been exposed to such chemicals. The fire department is not typically dispatched to medical emergencies or industrial accidents unless extrication is necessary.
