29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Intersection of Jordan Circle and Windward Parkway. An employee, working from an elevated aerial lift platform approximately 18-feet above a paved roadway, was not wearing a positioning belt or personal fall arrest system, which should have been attached to the boom or the platform of the lift.
