29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Rear Kitchen Right Side - Faulty deep fryer leaking cooking oil on to ceramic tile floor, causing a slipping hazard for the kitchen personnel on or about 7/10/2013. Abatement Certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
