29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a.  On or about July 15, 2013, at the printing area, the duplicator Ryobi 2800CD was being operated without the safety guards in place, exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.

On or about July 15, 2013, in the printing shop, employees using chemical products such as, but not limited to, industrial ink, cleaning solvents, wetting agents and ink removers, had not been informed and trained in the physical and health hazards associated with the chemicals they were using.
