29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.    (a) 154 Bayview Avenue South, Amityville, NY (Worksite), west side of residential home, ground below; and adjacent the fabricated frame scaffold - Employees were walking and working on the ground, without head protection, near and directly below an employee working from the fabricated frame scaffold. The employee on the scaffold had tools, materials, and a portable ladder located on and near the edges of the scaffold end frames and work platform's workbench. The employees were not provided with; or wearing protective helmets on, or about July 12, 2013.
